I just realized that the 25 calorie serving size is multiplied by four if you put in four times the amount they list. That means 100 calories per cup times 4 cups per day and that equals fat. Cause I'm good at math.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12240265014246492961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8793430820440200483.post-69207593618558196052009-10-09T02:25:39.067-08:002009-10-09T02:25:39.067-08:00Sorry to hear you've been so poorly. Anyway salsa's not fattening (not homemade anyway) - you just need to find some low-fat crisps/chips that don't taste like cardboard! I have scribble marks all over it and then they force me to tear out blank pages and draw pictures for them. That was very random.
Yay,...You're right. That was very random.

Yay, weight loss!! Good for you !!

Do you make your own fresh salsa? I will send you our favorite recipe for fresh pico de gallo. Nothing like it. I am also modifying my food intake in an effort to lose weight, but I refust to drop the chips and salsa from my menu. I allow myself 10 chips and as much fresh salsa as I can shovel in on said chips.

I should have just left a second comment instead of deleting to add something, since there's a conspicuous second entry there anyway. :-/Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05232959780252957706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8793430820440200483.post-70519971666729982552009-10-08T15:19:56.599-08:002009-10-08T15:19:56.599-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05232959780252957706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8793430820440200483.post-62945187265297898282009-10-08T13:19:04.645-08:002009-10-08T13:19:04.645-08:00Chips and salsa?
